I received the wrong order or have a problem with my order, what do I do?
If you receive an incorrect order or a defected item, please email us right away at or message us on Facebook!
Please show us courtesy and give us the opportunity to fix any mistakes, as we all human and these things happen. We want to make sure any mistakes on our end are handled and you are satisfied.
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges, unless it is an error on our end.
After 14 days of receiving your shirts, we not responsible for any rips, holes, tears, etc, that are due to manufacturer defect.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation request must be within FIVE HOURS of placing the order, we start processing orders after they are placed but do give a small window for cancellations in case of any initial mistakes.
We ship first class with USPS. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for your items. It is the customers responsibility to contact USPS with any issues regarding your package. This includes delays in delivery, damaged items, etc.
